Trail clean-up

On the trail at the Rhode Island Ave. entrance (near shopping center with Forman
Mills)
Before your July 4th
celebrations begin, join us on the trail for a quick clean-up! Luckily the
storm didn’t wreak too much havoc on the MBT, but the trail is still in need of
a little TLC. Join us on Wednesday morning to help clean, sweep and brighten
the MBT. Cool refreshments will be served.
Creative Corner with Quest Skinner
2:30pm – 4:30 pm
Brookland Artspace Lofts,

Join local artist Quest Skinner to paint mini-mural boards for the Met Branch Trail.
Thai Chi class with Manifest Ra
4pm – 5pm
On the trail at the S
Street pocket park (4th and S Streets, NE)
Join local life balance
expert Manifest Ra for a guided Tai Chi session, a series of gentle movements
to reduce stress and increase flexibility.
